Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We have to take precautionary measures to enable advance performance to you. Purpose of data transfer: Verification of bonity

Categories of transferred data: the address data of debtors and accounting data. R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG will transfer the data to reinsurers and data processors (IT data storage, printing service providers).

To enable relevant credit check by the credit agency, we will transfer the required data to the agency. You can at any time informally object to transfer of your data to the credit agency. However, the payment options basically available to you are restricted in this case to prepayment. In this case we can no longer provide to you advance performance, and any existing advance performance must be terminated.
